Venue and Accessibility

Q: Is it possible to hold our ceremony at The Treacy Centre? If so, are there any extra charges?

A: Yes, you can. Your wedding ceremony can be held amongst our beautiful gardens or alternatively in a room inside. A $400 Charge will apply for this service.

Q: Do you have disabled access?

A: Yes. We understand that every wedding party will have its own unique set of requirements. Virtually all areas of the Treacy Center are accessible via ramps and lifts, bathrooms have been fitted with special facilities and we are always willing to make special arrangements to ensure everybody is comfortable.

Q: What are the office hours?

A: We are open from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Q:  Is parking available on site?

A: There is parking onsite available here free of charge and the close by parking is free on the weekends.

Food and Beverage

Q: Can we bring along own alcohol to have at our wedding?

Unfortunately BYO is not an option under our liquor licensing. However, the bridal party is welcome to supply a specific beverage, which will then be served to the bridal party from our bar. For more information please speak with our wedding coordinator.

Q: Can specific dietary requirements be met for our event?

A: Yes. Simply make a request to the wedding coordinator when discussing and planning your event and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Q: Can we arrange our own external caterers for our event?

A: Unfortunatly we do not allow external caterers. Our full time in house chef provides outstanding menu options and the highest quality food to ensure you have the best catering possible.

Decorations and Entertainment

Q: Do you include wedding decorations in your package?

A: Yes, decorations are included in our packages. Chair covers, sashes, centerpieces and tea lights are included for decorating. If you have a theme in mind, we can cater for that in allowing you to decorate the room yourself.

Q: Can you provide any recommendations for suppliers you have worked with?

A: Definitely. A list of trustworthy and brilliant wedding suppliers are listed on our services page. We are very confident they will help you with whatever enquiries you may have.

Rooms and Facilities

Q: We will have families with children attending our wedding. Do you provide facilities for children?

A: Yes we do. We have can provide 2 high chairs to you free of charge and can source more if needed.

Q: Can you recommend accommodation for our event?

A: We hold a close relationship with a number of hotels in the city or we can provide you with wedding packages designed for the night prior or night of your wedding.
