Catering Services for Our Functions

Caterer carving a roasted chicken and serving function attendants from buffet

At the Treacy Centre, we consider catering to be a very important aspect to any conference, training day or function. Our in-house chef and catering team are able to provide tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We have a wide variety of quality food on offer to suit a range of taste preferences and most dietary requirements.

Breaking up your day with fresh coffee, sweet treat, savoury snacks and fruit platters will keep your group happy and receptive. Lunch options include chef selections of baguettes, wraps and sandwiches, as well as a selection of hot finger foods. For larger groups, we offer buffet options, gourmet salads and antipasto platters.

We have two conference packages to choose from, both of which include catering. Our Build Your Own Conference Package allows you to pick and choose what catering items you’d prefer. Tailor your menu to suit you and your group. Alternatively, opt for one of our Corporate Conference Packages. These all-inclusive bundles include your room, equipment and a set catering menu.

Whichever you choose, our accomodating team will help you throughout the day. From choosing which room you’d like for your group size to setting up AV equipment, our centre offers seamless organisation. We do ask that dietary requirements are provided to us a minimum of 10 days prior to your conference. Browse our brochure for more information and get in touch with us to organise your day.

The Treacy Centre regards catering as one of the most important aspects of any event. We cater for numerous corporate events and our kitchen offers the highest possible standard of expertise and execution.

What Our Customers Say

  • I have enjoyed presenting in the Waterford room multiple times per year for the last few years. My small groups of up to 10 are comfortable in this light and elegant room with its bay window. I particularly appreciate being able to offer lunch with a glass of wine in the adjacent room. We are well catered for by Megan who provides precision timed delivery of refreshments and the coffee is always hot – so important when hosting.
